We have been hosting weddings at Furtho Manor Farm since 2011 and have now had over 400 weddings. It is lovely to meet loads of couples and on this page you will be able to read the lovely words that our couples have said about our barn wedding venue on the boarder of Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire.

We had our wedding at Furtho in August and it was just the most perfect venue. We had access to the site from the Thursday (we got married on the Saturday) which gave us plenty of time to set up and get used to the space before the big day. Linda and Robin were so helpful and communicative and in the world of wedding confusion, they were always so clear and kind in their communications. The recommended suppliers really helped as it is a dry hire venue, and we were able to make the day just what we had in mind. Would absolutely recommend Furtho as a beautiful, rustic, down-to-earth venue which gave us the perfect space to create our wedding.

We had our wedding at the beautiful Furtho Manor Farm last week. From the moment we booked, Linda and Robin have helped make the wedding planning experience easy and stress free, they have both been so accommodating throughout. Our rooms to stay the night before the wedding and the night of were very clean and spacious, the breakfast choices were great and delicious for all.
Our wedding day was beautiful, due to the venue and service from Linda & Robin and local suppliers such as Mcgees & HK Hair.
I would recommend Furtho Manor Farm to anyone looking to get married or for a quiet countryside stay.

The absolute perfect venue to choose if you are getting married! We only looked round once, that was all we needed!

We held our wedding here on August 8th and couldn't have asked for a better day. We chose to say our vows in front of the church—which was breathtaking—but there are so many other beautiful setup options available across the grounds. It was also fantastic to have complete freedom to decorate the barn exactly how we wanted, allowing us to truly bring our vision to life.

We received endless compliments from our guests, who loved having the freedom to enjoy both the indoor and outdoor spaces. Many even took a relaxing stroll around the lake during the reception.

Linda and Robin were superb throughout the entire planning process and on the big day itself, stepping in to help whenever we needed them.

I honestly don't think you will find a better wedding venue in Northamptonshire!

From the moment we looked around, we knew it was the one! Beautiful outdoor spaces, a variety of ceremony options and excellent owners. We particularly loved when the barn doors opened to allow all of the natural light and breeze through.

An absolutely amazing venue!
We found Furtho at a stroke of luck when their advertisement for a wedding fair came up. We went and looked around and since then, the service and communication really is something to rave about. If ever you needed something answering, there was always someone at the end of an email waiting to reply to even the most ridiculous questions a bride could ask.
Then on the day, it was fantastic. Linda and Robin come and let you know when it’s time to go and sorted out the registrars for us. Linda even cooked all of my bridal party their breakfast at different times to work around the hair and makeup!
This venue and people who run it really is amazing and definitely something you don’t want to miss out on.

We had the most beautiful wedding reception and overnight stay in February. The farm is bliss and utterly idyllic, and Robin and Linda were a pleasure to work with. They helped us with so much for our wedding reception, and I cannot compliment the overall look of the string lights in the barn, the drapes, the tables and chairs etc enough! The barn was warm, picturesque and we always had more than we needed. We couldn’t have found a better place to have our celebration - and for a very reasonable price too!
It is not far from the dual carriageway and when you enter the road for the farm, it suddenly feels like you’re in another world! It’s quiet, beautiful, surrounded by acres of land and the views are just stunning.
The farmhouse and lodge house accommodated all our family members overnight, and for breakfast the next morning too, and we couldn’t have all had a better, more peaceful and lovely time.
100% recommend!!

After scouting a few locations, Furtho Manor Farm was the one we kept returning to. We knew we wanted a blank canvas that would give us the freedom to plan our day exactly how we wanted it, and Furtho delivered this perfectly. We eventually landed on the "first roast of the season" vibe for our food, and the venue was absolutely ideal for that theme.
The entire site looked amazing once we had put up all of our decorations. The rustic package and hire items helped elevate the atmosphere and made the barn so special. Having rooms onsite was a real highlight, allowing our groomsmen and bridesmaids to stay over. This made the whole wedding period extra special as we all caught up, celebrated, and even tidied up together.
Linda and Robin are incredibly relaxed and always there to support your plans. They are clear, quick to answer questions, and prepare an amazing breakfast for the overnight guests. Although we chose to decorate ourselves, Linda made sure the barn was kept secure during our late evening set up in its lovely setting.
If you select Furtho, be sure to plan out the times you will need access to set up. It is a busy forty eight hours, so going in with a clear plan means Linda and Robin can work around their busy days to support you fully. We highly recommend this venue for its flexibility and charm.

The Venue is amazing! the gallery on website does not do it justice. From the picturesque entrance that leads to the venue, you can’t go wrong with Furtho. The venue and surroundings is quirky, not to mention there are two beautiful cherry trees outside the barn with the juiciest cherry’s. The setting is truly stunning!

Linda and her husband were amazing hosts. They made sure that everything ran smoothly and were both very accommodating. Weddings are very stressful to say the least, everything becomes hectic before you say your vows. Linda and Rob helped ease that stress by taking responsibilities on that were not their responsibility and would be that of a wedding planner! Breakfast was lovely, venue a large gem, communication was great, personal touch made this a very good choice indeed. I can’t thank them both enough for providing such a great service! Furtho Manor Farm is such a beautiful wedding venue in the most picturesque location in Old Stratford/Milton Keynes. It's ideal for rustic-style weddings up to 200 guests. I've had the pleasure to work here multiple times over the years and am always blown away by its incredible outside space and endless photo opportunities.

I photographed Chel & Niek's stunning wedding on 31st May 2025 and it was nothing short of perfect. Linda & Robin are fabulous hosts as always which really does make all the difference.

The incredible outside ceremony by the lake is simply divine and makes for such an incredibly special and romantic setting for your big day.

I always look forward to returning back to this incredible and super personal venue.

I’ve been avoiding putting this up for too long as it’s like I’m closing a book on a really good chapter! Linda and Robyn are just fabulous! Without even meeting them, we felt that the website provided us with real life info. Seeing the venue pretty much sold itself, but then we were blessed with Robyn’s witty, dry and sarcastic humour - felt an instant connection. Linda then provided us with all the paper work we needed and for the next 18 months I must have asked the most ridiculous questions and not once was there any hesitation or judgement!
Our day was amazing, but the next day to hear about how Robin and Linda went out of their way for our guests and other ‘above and beyond’ situations that made our day even more special, we couldn’t be more grateful.

Had our wedding at Furtho this past weekend. We had the best day and honestly can’t thank Linda & Robin enough for it. The farm is so stunning, everybody complimented it. Even in the rain it was a beautiful day. Thank you to Linda and Robin for all their support. We were able to stay in the gorgeous farm house with lovely clean, spacious rooms for all the bridal party to get ready in. Also breakfast was amazing so thank you for that too! We couldn’t have asked for a better day and we couldn’t have done it without all your help and your lovely venue.

Robin and Linda are absolutely fantastic. My sister got married this weekend, but this wonderful couple and venue went hand in hand. They went above and beyond just owning the venue, they helped my sister with absolutely everything and thought of things we didn’t. Robin bless him even stood in the wind and rain holding down a sheet on the grass so we didn’t get muddy feet. It was all the little things they did that definitely didn’t go unnoticed.
